About Scott Lester Woods — Subconscious Performance Specialist

About Scott

A decade at the
edge of the mind.

Scott Lester Woods has spent over ten years working at the intersection of neuroscience, ancient contemplative practice and high-performance entrepreneurship — not as a theorist, but as a practitioner who has done the things most people only read about.

The core belief

Everything Scott does flows from one observation made across a decade and more than a thousand clients.

"Every entrepreneur I have ever worked with already knows what they need to do. The problem is never the strategy."

The problem is the part of the mind that runs silently in the background — pulling people back to what feels familiar and safe, no matter how much they consciously want to move forward. That part of the mind does not respond to goals, willpower or positive thinking.

It responds to one thing only — being met at its own level. The subconscious level. The level beneath where coaching, therapy and mindset work operate. The level that shows up on a brain scan.

That is what Scott works at. And when it works, it does not feel like hard work. It feels like finally putting something down that you did not realise you were carrying.

The path that built
the method.

Scott's methodology was not built in a classroom. It was built through a decade of direct experience at the extremes — with the world's leading scientists, the oldest contemplative traditions, and over a thousand real clients. He spent years wading through everything that didn't work — from hustle culture to meditation-all-day retreats — until he found what actually moves people permanently.

01

The beginning

Quadrupled a financial services company — then walked away

Scott doubled the sales team, found better products with higher margins, and quadrupled the company's size in under six months. Then discovered the company had been paying hidden FCA fines and staff weren't being paid. He walked. The lesson: growth without integrity is just destruction. He went back to what he actually cared about — understanding the human mind.

02

The obsession

Years of testing everything — from hustle to monastery

Scott devoured every approach to human performance he could find. Tony Robbins. Law of attraction. Hundreds of books. Retreats. Seminars. He walked on fire. He spent a year deep in the law of attraction only to find it wasn't the mechanism he was looking for. He kept asking one question: what actually moves someone from point A to point B — and keeps them there? That question took him to a Buddhist monastery for two years.

03

The science

Personal interviews with the world's leading consciousness researchers

Scott personally interviewed Dr David Spiegel of Stanford University and Dr Jill Bolte Taylor. He put on events bringing neuroscientists and shamans into the same room. He interviewed Neil Donald Walsch. These were not passive conversations — they were direct investigations into the mechanisms he was already applying with clients.

04

The extremes

Sub-zero expeditions with Wim Hof and ceremonial work with shamans

Scott completed sub-zero mountain expeditions with Wim Hof and worked in ayahuasca ceremony alongside licensed doctors and indigenous shamans. Both were investigations into the same question — what is possible for a human being when everything in the way is removed?

05

The breakthrough

In a hotel room in Bulgaria — the brain reveals itself

Working with a client remotely, Scott decided to stop applying technique and simply allow the brain to do what it knows how to do. The experience the client had was more powerful than anything in seven years of practice. Her brain reorganised itself — not because Scott rewired it, but because he helped her get out of her own way. That moment became the foundation of Identity Repatterning.

06

The verification

Brain scan data. BBC. The Mirror. 1,000+ clients.

Before and after neuroimaging verified the changes objectively. The Technical Director of the Brainworks Clinic described it as bringing the mind into its ideal state. Scott's work was featured by the BBC. Client stories reached The Mirror. Over a decade and more than a thousand clients later, the methodology is refined, verified and consistent.

Science

Dr David Spiegel · Stanford

Personal interviews with one of the world's foremost researchers in consciousness, hypnosis and neuroplasticity at Stanford University.

Science

Dr Jill Bolte Taylor

Personal interviews with the neuroanatomist and author whose TED Talk on brain function has been watched over 27 million times.

Experience

Wim Hof Expeditions

Completed sub-zero mountain expeditions under Wim Hof — direct investigation into extreme mind-body performance states.

Contemplative study

2 Years in a Buddhist Monastery

Two years of residential study — the oldest laboratory for subconscious reprogramming in human history, predating neuroscience by millennia.

Ceremonial

Ayahuasca with Doctors and Shamans

Ceremonial work alongside licensed medical doctors and indigenous shamans — a serious investigation into altered states and lasting change.

The neurological
proof that it works.

These are real before-and-after brain scans from a client who went through Scott's process — independently analysed by the Brainworks Clinic. The changes are objective, significant and visible.

Brain scan delta wave reduction

Finding 01 — Delta downregulation

Significant reduction in frontal delta activity. In plain terms: less fatigue, less lethargy, less brain fog.

Brain scan alpha wave increase

Finding 02 — Alpha increase

Significant increase in alpha wave activity — the neurological signature of presence, creativity and high-quality decision making.

"This process brings the mind into its ideal state."

In Scott's words

"The ceiling isn't strategic. It's neurological. And it does not respond to more effort, more strategy or more discipline. It responds to being met at the level where it actually lives. That is the only thing that moves it permanently."
